Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased from Chaar Deewari can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:
- The item received is different from what you ordered.
- The item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- The item received differs from the product description on our website.
- The item has missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page.
- The return request is raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
Return Process

Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order at chaardeewari23@gmail.com.
Please include your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return or exchange.Important:
- All return or exchange requests are reviewed and approved via email only.
- Once your return request is approved over email by the Chaar Deewari team, we will share the return shipping details and instructions.
- Please do not ship the product until you receive confirmation and shipping details from our team.

Prepare the Product for Return
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, with all accessories, price tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
Properly pack the product to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. -
Return Shipping
Customers are required to ship the approved return to the following address:

- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
For COD orders, the refund amount will be credited to your account as a coupon code for future purchases.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please specify this in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Important Notes
- Please note that minor color variations may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, and display settings. Such slight differences do not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product color is entirely different from what was shown on the product page — for example, if you ordered brown but received pink.
- We reserve the right to reject returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
