Payment Policy

We offer secure and flexible payment options for a smooth shopping experience.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Net Banking ,UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Wallets Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹2,999

2. Prepaid vs. COD Orders

• Orders above ₹2,999 must be prepaid. COD is not available for such orders.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in cash upon delivery. Ensure exact change is available to facilitate
  quick transactions.

3. Refund Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
• COD Orders: Refunds will be provided as a coupon code redeemable for future purchases.

4. Secure Transactions

All online payments are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

5. Payment Disputes
